RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer returns within 30 days of purchase, please note you would need to pay postage, we recommend paying extra for item to have a tracking number as we are not liable if item gets lost in the post. You can return your product for store credit or a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

Returned items must be unopened in original product packaging.

Returned items must have no visible signs of wear and tear.

To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:

1. Email us with your order confirmation to request a return.

2. Send all items back to us, (as mentioned above, we strongly recommend paying extra for item to be tracked) to Collagen Advanced,  1 Elmwood Court, Wetherby Road, Leeds, England, LS8 2JU 

3. Upon us receiving the product, we will refund the full amount
